Pre-carnival retreat

  • 15:30. Free transport service from Yumbo Centre (meeting point: see in Google Maps –main entrance and parking lot in Avenida de España by the Dinosaur sign )
  • 16:00. Welcome snacks and drinks. Orientation and settling.
  • 17:00: 1st workshop. Opening Circle: the Magic of Deep Encounter (with Patrick Emmanuel)
  • 19:00. 2nd workshop: Natural Cooking by Brian
    • Learn how to prepare a vegan-friendly, quick, inexpensive and low-carb healthy food.
    • Hosted by Brian Bear (professional chef)
    • Includes dinner and drinks
  • 21:00. Social time at outdoor hot tub and indoor play area.

Thursday

March 7, 2024

  • 8:00. 3rd workshop. (Naked) Partner Yoga, with Jesse.
  • 9:00: Breakfast buffet
  • 10:00:  4th workshop. Unveiling the Power of Touch (with Patrick).
  • 12:30. Break
  • 13:00. Light lunch (usual dishes: quiche, salads, soup…)
  • 14:00. Social time at outdoor hot tub and indoor play area.
  •  16:00. 5th workshop. Introduction to Tantric Massage, with Patrick.
  • 19:30. Dinner.
  • 21:00. Cuddle Puddle and play time.

  • 8:00. Guided meditation or Qigong exercise.
  • 8:30. Breakfast buffet.
  • 09:30. 6th workshop. Diving Into Presence and Tantric Intimacy, with Patrick.

10:00-13:00. An introduction on erotic massage for bears and chasers, focusing on the back side. Complimentary healthy lunch for those staying to Level 2.

14:30-17:30. A more intense experience, focusing on the front side.

Naked Yoga 

14:30 Free transport from Yumbo’s main entrance

15:00-18:00. A cooldown before the intense eroticism of Level 3, and a perfect first contact with embodiment techniques if you choose this workshop individually.

Tantra: Level 3

10:00-13:00 Full exploration on deep tantric intimacy, beyond mere physicality.
