EVENT BOOKINGS: Any ticket you booked for Bear Carnival 2020 will still be valid for an equivalent ticket for future events. However, if you don’t plan to visit any upcoming Bear Carnival, you may still request a refund for your event booking. This is an exceptional measure due to COVID-19. Please fill in the form below and make sure you enter the same e-mail address you used at booking time. If your Paypal address is different from this, please enter it on “remarks”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from our payment gateway (Paypal or Stripe) in the next few days. The money itself should arrive in 5 to 20 days after this message, depending on your bank and card network, not us. The money will be available in the same card or Paypal account you used. Bear Carvinal will pay for all comissions and transaction fees, so you can receive the same amount you paid.

T-SHIRTS AND VIP WRISTBANDS: Please note physical items are excluded from this refund service as they were printed on demand, and terms of service did not include mail shipping but local collection only. However these items can be mailed to you if requested below. Handling would be free but regular shipping cost to Europe would cost around 15 €, including tracking code. A payment link would be sent for this. These physical items can also be collected in Maspalomas anytime in the future, by any person you authorize, at no cost.
