Ticket Exchange Period is over

The period to exchange old 2020 tickets for new 2022s ticket finished on March 11, 2022, two weeks before the bear week, as told by e-mail to every customer. The money from any unrefunded and unclaimed ticket will be donated to charity. Thanks for your support.

Loyalty rewards

Thank you very much if you held your 2020 ticket with you. This year, your loyalty will be rewarded with:

  • Free exchange for an equivalent event in 2022 (see  table).
  • Price shielding from the unavoidable increase in many events this year
  • No waitlists! Several events are already mostly reserved for 2020 tickets, so a very limited number of 2022 tickets will be issued
  • The satisfaction of ensuring the continuity of our community event
 

How to exchange old tickets for new ones?

Old tickets

First, please locate your original ticket and look for its order number. We cannot process exchanges, refunds or access to a ticketed event if you have lost your ticket. Just search for e-mail messages in your inbox from bearcarnival.com, and it should be there.  Then, please click on the button below.
