What to do when everything is sold out for the day?
We may have schedule seven pool parties, four boat cruises, and numerous smaller social events—but the result is always the same: most of our daytime activities sell out well before bear week begins. If you’re wondering how to spend your day, please explore our recommended actions and overflow events below. These alternatives will help you find bears and enjoy your day even when main events are sold out.
Is there any way to get a ticket for a sold out event?
Possibly, but it is largely a matter of luck. Please consider these actions:
- Get to the event webpage at our online shop, and:
- Join the event’s waitlist to receive e-mail notifications about newly available tickets or special overflow events (also listed on this page).
- Look for a ticket on resale at TicketSwap. Some of our most sought-after tickets could be found on that secure ticket resale platform, officially endorsed by Bear Carnival. Expect a small price increase.
- Consider trying your luck at the event entrance, where tickets might become available if attendees don’t show up (typically a couple of hours after doors open). Please expect long delays.
- Enter your e-mail here so we can let you know when tickets for future editions are available, usually a month or more in advance.
☀️ Daytime overflow events
Day passes are not available at hotels hosting official events on the dates those events are scheduled.
AxelBeach
All days. Regular day pass (15 €) with access to all facilities: pool, sunbeds, garden, sauna, steam room, gym.
Basement Studios
Special bear week programme (open schedule). Day pass (15 €) . Special programme for the bear week with animation and BBQs. Access to all facilities: pool, sunbeds, and cruising area. Clothing-optional.
Los Almendros
All days. Regular day pass (10 €) with access to all facilities: pool, sunbeds, sauna and gym. Clothing-optional.
Ritual Maspalomas
WEDNESDAY 9. Special overflow day pass (15 €). Complimentary drink and paella included. Session by DJ Hunter.
Island tours by CanCanaria
Almost all days. Apart from the official, bear-exclusive ones, CanCanaria organizes almost daily fun and interesting trips for those wanting to discover our subtropical paradise beyond the tourist resorts.

🌜Night time alternatives
Our nightclubs have enough capacity to handle our visitors, so overflow events should not be necessary at night time. However, maybe the programme of one night does not suit you and you want to explore alternatives.
